AU/US Returns: You can log back into our Returns Portal using your order number and email address. Once logged in, you’ll see the option to start another return. This will allow you to process any remaining items from the same order that haven’t yet been returned.
International Returns: Our International Returns Portal can only generate one return shipping label per order. If your order arrives in split shipments or you decide to return an additional item, we can process this manually for you. Simply reach out to us via email, and we’ll get this sorted for you.
