How do I make a second return on the same order?Updated a year ago
Our Return Portal system can only create one return shipping label per order, but in case your order arrives in split shipments or you decide you need to return an extra item, we can process this manually for you. Just reach out via email to notify us, and we'll get this all sorted.
*Instead can we add the return form PDF for customers to download and manually fill out?
Please note that all return eligibility requirements still apply for manual orders,
- 30 day return window from purchase date
- item/s need to be in original condition
