How do I process my return?Updated 10 days ago

To process your return use the follow the following link, https://bronzesnake.com/pages/returns. 

Proceed through the appropriate portal (AU or International), you'll be prompted for your order number (eg. A1230001) and email address linked to your original purchase.

You can find your order number either in the initial order confirmation email you received or on the packing slip enclosed within your package

From there the Portal will walk you through the return process step by step. 

You can also purchase your return shipping label through the Returns Portal from $9.99 on the Australian portal, or from $15.99 through the International portal, which will then be sent to you via email. 

If you don't receive your return confirmation or return shipping label within 1 hour of processing, please contact us.
