My item is faulty or incorrect, what do I do?Updated a year ago

First of all, our sincerest apologies that you received a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item! We offer a simple and easy way to process a claim for a free return label to have the error rectified.  

Follow the link https://bronzesnake.com/pages/returns to be taken to our Returns page, and select the appropriate Return Portal, as if you're doing a normal return. 

When prompted for the item you're returning and the reason for the return, select between 'Damaged Item' or 'Incorrect Item Received', this will allow you to post images of the faulty or incorrect item for our team to review and approve once your return is completed. 

We prioritise these approvals so it will be approved as soon as we're able to, and once approved you will be emailed your free return shipping label to send it back to us to be processed.
