My order says ‘Delivered’ but it hasn’t arrived?Updated a year ago
If your order is marked as 'Delivered' by the shipping carrier but you are yet to receive your order number, don't fret!
Please kindly check the following;
- Check all surrounding neighbours to make sure they havent accepted your parcel on your behalf.
- Mail Box, some smaller parcels will be delivered to a mailbox.
- Check any further links or images attached to your tracking that will give further information to where your parcel has been delivered to.
If all above options fail please send us an email at [email protected] with your name and order number, we'll reach out to the carrier to follow this up and fingers crossed it can be sorted.
Should the order be mis-delivered, incorrectly scanned, etc., we'll work it out with the carrier and follow up with you for an ideal resolution.
