What is a Split Shipment?Updated a year ago
We can't always process a full order from one location, and sometimes orders will be sent in two separate parcels as a Split Shipment.
This doesn't change anything about the order delivery other than there now be two parcels, which means that now there will be two tracking numbers provided for the items. These tracking numbers will both be emailed to you.
We send an email through to you to notify you if the order is a split shipment, but we know sometimes this can be cause for alarm if you're unaware and your order only arrives with half the items you were expecting.
