Where is my refund?Updated 20 days ago

Refunds are always processed back to your original payment method - Please check what payment method you used. 

  • Bronze Snake Gift Card: Your refund will return to the same gift card. If you no longer have it, please contact our Customer Care team and we can resend the details.

  • Afterpay / Zip Pay: Please check your account directly through the app. You’ll see that your payment schedule has either been adjusted or cancelled. If you’ve already made payments, your refund will be processed by them directly.

  • Credit/Debit Card or Other Payment Methods: Please allow a few business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank’s processing times.
